Senior Identity Access Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Identity Access Manager to lead our identity and access control initiatives. This role will play a critical part in designing, implementing, and managing secure identity experiences across our environment.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Azure Entra ID identity services, including user lifecycle management, authentication, conditional access, and identity protection.
- Integrate IDAM with cloud and on-premise systems (Azure AD, Windows Server, Exchange Online)
- Assist with migrations and integrations from on-premises AD to Azure Entra ID, ensuring a secure hybrid identity posture
- Develop and maintain IDAM policies, procedures, and documentation, aligned with security best practices and compliance requirements
- Collaborate across IT, security, and business units to ensure seamless identity management
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Strong technical knowledge of IDAM solutions and technologies
- Experience working with Azure Entra ID and other Microsoft identity products
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Key Skills: Proven experience as an IDAM Engineer or similar role, familiarity with Microsoft infrastructure, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator, or Security certifications.
