**Our client, a global logistics and transportation company, is actively seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Sustainability Specialist to join their team. The client is committed to driving innovation and sustainability in the supply chain, and this role plays a pivotal part in advancing their commitment to environmental and social responsibility.**

The Supply Chain Sustainability Specialist, in collaboration with cross-functional teams, will contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable practices within the client's supply chain operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving initiatives that promote environmental stewardship, ethical sourcing, and community engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into the client's supply chain strategies.
- Conduct assessments and audits to identify opportunities for improvement in sustainability practices.
- Develop and implement sustainable sourcing and procurement strategies.
- Monitor and report on key sustainability performance indicators.
- Engage with suppliers to drive continuous improvement in environmental and social responsibility.
- Stay informed about global sustainability trends and regulations impacting the supply chain.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain sustainability, with a focus on logistics, transportation, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of environmental and social issues within the supply chain.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
