Seeking experienced SAP-specialised Tech Writer for 12-months of contract work in to a large Fed Govt Dept

Hays is working with it's Federal Government Client (one of the largest in the APS) on standing up a new SAP / S4 HANA implementation.

**Your new role**

As Tech Writer, you will need to be proficient in SAP, and ideally worked on a large-scale SAP/S4 HANA implementation Program. The client is seeking resources who can assist with the development of all ERP system artefacts during discovery, preparation, explore, deploy and run phases. If you have Technical Writing experience across HR, Finance, Procurement or ICT (Infrastructure, Network, Applications, Security) domains, then enquire within

**What you'll need to succeed**

The Deliverables for the Technical Writer include, but are not limited to the following:

- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets self-service standards for the department and escalation requirements for Tier 1 service delivery
- Gain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information into simple, effective, engaging content that is presented in a consistent format
- Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience
- Develop detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications
- Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement to meet specified standards
