**Accounts Payable Officer**

Digga is Australia's leading manufacturer of Machinery attachments for the Earthmoving & Construction industry. A multi-award winning, global company, with 5 state of the art facilities worldwide, our product & passion for providing total customer solutions is second to none.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to provide a high level of hands-on accounting support to the Digga group. Reporting to the Financial Controller and working in a small team this role will suit someone with superior skills in multitasking for this fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role you will have a keen interest in accounting and all finance functions including accounts receivable.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Full management of Digga Group Accounts Payable, including data entry, reconciliation and processing expense invoices ect.
- Handling creditor enquiries
- Reconciling and processing staff credit cards and expense claims
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, including ABN verification, GST compliance and record keeping
- Assisting with month end closure and all associated reporting incl. tax and FBT analysis
- General and ad hoc administrative duties

**Essential Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounts payable role
- Strong background in large ERP systems
- Good understanding of accounting / bookkeeping principles
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise work with a high level of accuracy
- Intermediate knowledge of software packages including word and excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines essential
- Problem solver and critical thinker mindset
