We are looking to recruit a **SIL Manager** to join our team You will be part of an amazing and energetic team and will have the opportunity to work independently whilst building a strong network of clients for the SIL houses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with and support our Management Team of SIL Accommodation to oversee the daily operations of our Supported Independent Living Homes.
- Ensure restrictive practices reporting is completed within the required time frame and to the required authorities.
- You will be accountable for overseeing the day-to-day running of the multiple SIL houses, in conjunction with the Management, aiding in the expansion of the business.
- Build strong connections with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be responsible for ensuring the successful, timely and safe delivery of quality services for SIL houses across Melbourne.
- Develop and preserve relationships with Participants and key referrers, such as Support Coordinators, Health Professionals, and Social Workers.
- Establish support plans and risk assessments for participants that reflect the participants’ needs and goals.
- Educate patients and families on healthcare services and treatment plans, including information and referrals to community resources.
- Liaise with staff to deliver support in line with support plans, funding, and client choice.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in NDIS industry
- Experience in Healthcare industry along with NDIS is desirable.
- Knowledge of healthcare services and medical terminology is desirable.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check (or willing to acquire)
- Current Victoria’s Driver's Licence
- Right to work in Australia
- Current First AID and CPR Certificate
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $32.00 - $41.00 per hour
