We have a fantastic new opportunity available for a Stores Manager to join the team at our B9 Botany Paper Mill.

The purpose of this role is to manage the Botany Mill Engineering Store including management of all spare parts and materials required to service the site.

This will include:

- Using SAP to manage inventory and purchase spare parts
- Managing all related systems and processes across supplier relationship management and purchasing
- Processing purchase orders & expediting critical purchases
- Working collaboratively with stores team, engineering operations, maintenance and financial reporting functions.
- Focusing on streamlining and improving processes across reporting, stock control and supplier and stores management

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have
- Advanced SAP experience particularly related to maintenance and purchasing
- Demonstrated experience working in a stores operation and purchasing role previously
- Some previous work experience in maintenance planning preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- A continuous improvement mindset
