What You’ll Bring:

- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a salon or retail setting
- Strong understanding of KPIs and how to drive team performance
- A background in hair, beauty or retail - you know the industry and love it
- Excellent communication and people-management skills
- Ability to lead from the front, motivate your team and create a positive vibe
- A keen eye for detail, operations and creating unforgettable customer experiences

Pay: $49,900.00 - $144,005.84 per year

**Experience**:
