Regional Quality Advisor

Location: Ballarat Central, VIC, AU, 3350

**Full time - 80 hours per fortnight with monthly ADO**
**$52.70-$62.20 per hour + salary packaging**

**About the Role**

This is a senior, autonomous role ideal for someone passionate about quality, risk and service improvement in aged care. You’ll be a key leader across Grampians Health’s Community Aged Care programs, supporting best practice care and driving compliance and continuous improvement.

Guide aged care teams in meeting Aged Care Quality Standard
- s Lead audits, reviews and improvement plannin
- g Provide training and mentorship to care teams and manager
- s Liaise with leadership on risk, incidents and trend
- s Act as contact point for accreditation and complianc
- e Promote consistent, high-quality care across all service

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor care delivery and clinical risk across aged care sites
- Advise on aged care reforms, compliance and quality standards
- Support, mentor and upskill community aged care staff
- Lead and evaluate improvement projects and care audits
- Collaborate on service-wide governance and reporting
- Help manage complaints and review incident data

**Skills & Experience**
- AHPRA registration and clinical qualification
- Sound knowledge of aged care standards and legislation
- Experience with audits, accreditation and care governance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident with data, systems and continuous improvement
