**About the Role**

Joining our Supported Independent Living (SIL) team on a **permanent part time** basis, you will support people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living. You can expect to work across a 24/7 roster.

**55 hours per fortnight**:

- Week 1: Mon 7-10am, Tue 2:30-8pm, Wed 8am - 4pm and Thu 2:30-8pm
- Week 2: Mon 7-10am, Tue 2:30-8pm, Thu 3:30pm - 8am (sleepover) and Fri and Sat 4pm - 8am (sleepover)

**54 hours per fortnight**:

- Week 1: Wed 7am - 3pm, Thu 3:30pm - 8am (sleepover) and Fri and Sat 4pm - 8am (Sleepover)
- Week 2: Wed 8am - 4pm, Thu 2:30 - 8pm and Fri 8am - 4pm

**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow person-centred support and behaviour plans
- Facilitate client goal achievement through meaningful activities
- Maintain thorough record keeping
- Build positive relationships with clients, families and colleagues
- Advocate for client choice and control

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience working with people with psychosocial disability or mental health concerns
- Previous experience working with behaviour support plans
- An unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
- A current First Aid and CPR Certificate
