Phoenix 360Degree Service is a NDIS provider in the process of becoming an aged care registered provider. This role is initially part time and anticipated will become full time once aged care provider registration is complete.

The role is toassist and support the Facility Manager in the management of Westminster House residents with emphasis on accountability for the clinical care provisions. This includes guiding the provision of advanced clinical and holistic care for Westminster House residents aligned with contemporary practice and supervision of staff in consultation with the Facility Manager.

**Essential Competencies and Experiences**
- Current Registration as a Registered Nurse under the National Registration and Accreditation Scheme
- Assessment and documentation experience
- Proven track record in understanding and meeting the requirements of accreditation
- Human Resource experience
- Minimum of three (2) years post clinical experience in Aged Care
- Clinical competency in the delivery of nursing care
- Time, task, and priority management
- Behaviour management skills
- Interpersonal skills (e.g., teamwork, active listening)
- Written and oral communication skills
- Negotiation, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literary
- Police Check Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10 - 20 per week

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
