**The role**
In this role you will be supported by a friendly, supportive and experienced legal administrative team with varying tenure at Piper Alderman along with our collaborative and dedicated legal teams.
**With no two days the same, the tasks you will be responsible for are;**
- Opening and closing matters, conducting conflict searches and ASIC and property searches
- Matter management to keep the team on top of their deadlines
- Attending to time entries, processing third party invoices, monthly billing and reporting
- Assisting the team to prepare for online PEXA and in person settlements
- Preparation of documents including letters, contracts and general correspondence
- General adhoc administrative duties such as document management and diary management
**To succeed in this role you will ideally have;**
- Experience in a law firm environment in an secretarial/administrative capacity
- Experience with PEXA and/or in Real Estate
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise to ensure deadlines are met
- High level of attention to detail whilst working in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to working with iManage Work 10 and Expert (Aderant), with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team whilst also autonomously at times
- Strong work ethic with a fun, engaging personality
Please note this is a full time role and as such, you must be able to commit to full time hours.
