- The Revenue Services Department at Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) is a team committed to working with all stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient management and collection of patient fee revenue. This includes the important roles of providing internal systems support to our Revenue Services team and other internal stakeholders._

**Your new role**:

- Responsible for the daily management of the PBRC billing and collection system
- Provide systems based customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity processes are managed and revenue production is maintained

**About you**:

- Understanding of Revenue Systems database and familiarity with SQL
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- High standard of Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Outcomes and solutions focussed approach
