**Your Role**:
As a Service Partner, you’ll be the face of Aurum—creating memorable dining experiences for the residents of BaptistCare's William Carey Court. You’ll work closely with our catering team to ensure every meal is a sensory delight, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer care.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

- Deliver exceptional service during and around meal times
- Communicate menu options and respond to customer needs with warmth and professionalism
- Ensure dining areas and equipment meet cleanliness and safety standards
- Collaborate with chefs to address catering needs
- Complete food safety documentation and operational cleaning duties
- Uphold Aurum’s values and Code of Conduct

**What we're looking for**:
To be considered you will have:

- Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end restaurant service
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for excellence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Clearance
- Valid Driver’s License
- Certificate III in Hospitality - Desirable
