About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated Residential Care Partner to join our team at Balladong Gardens in York

This is a Permanent Part-time role, working Monday and Tuesday afternoon shifts, 2:30pm – 10:00pm.

As a Residential Care Partner, you’ll provide person‑centred care that promotes the physical and emotional wellbeing of residents. You’ll support residents in meaningful everyday activities — from personal care and mobility to household tasks, leisure, and companionship — while working closely with our multidisciplinary team.

Please note we are only able to accept applications from candidates who are located in York or surrounding towns, we do not have accommodation available to applicants from the Perth metro area

About You

To be successful, you’ll bring:

- A person‑centred approach to care and support

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds

- Teamwork, flexibility, and the ability to manage a busy workload

- Basic to intermediate IT skills

- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (or currently undertaking), or Undergraduate Registered Nurse training.
