We are currently looking for a dedicated, passionate, and motivated Team member to join us as Assistant Manager at our Victoria Park Store. We at our Victoria Park store are very passionate about delivering the best customer service, best quality products while providing great experiences. We are looking for a great fit for our Team, who can direct the individuals to make sure the operational procedures are being followed as per the guide.

About the role:

- An Individual who can manage all the everyday operations while mentoring and coaching the whole team
- A result-focused, positive, and self-motivated team member who can handle the busy pace
- A Leader who can help in recruitment, management, and development of their team
- Who is Ensuring all food and safety policies and procedures are followed
- Who can perform administrative duties and report them all at the end of the day
- A Business-mindset for great knowledge on cash control, rostering, wages, Stock - ordering, performance reviews, and planning on increasing the customer growth and sales
- Food preparations for morning shifts and Helping the team to handle the rush during evening shifts.

Applicant must have:

- Previous Experience in hospitality specifically in Domino’s
- Strong management skills
- Knowledge of Food safety Compliances
- A Passion to Lead the team by example and deliver the highest quality service
- Ability to communicate to resolve customer's complaints
- A self-motivated person who can work under pressure
- Must be around Victoria Park or Willing to Move

** You must be an Australian Citizen/ Permanent Resident if not You must be permitted to work full-time and don’t have any restrictions on your visa.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
