**The Role**

Join our dynamic team as a Documents Coordinator, supporting the high-quality management of KU’s document workflow. It is a fast paced role within the ECE sector’s most respected organisation - voted Employer of Choice 9 years in a row. This is a **permanent full-time**opportunity accruing a **paid rostered day off each month** You will be based out of our sunlit central office on York street, our heritage listed building is opposite the QVB and a **very short walk from Town Hall**or **Gadigal**Stations. Following successful completion of probation period, a **flexible working (partial work from home) arrangement**will be considered.

The role’s key focus is on the preparation, formatting and management of KU documentation and to ensure that overall consistency and quality in all KU material is maintained.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring that documentation follows the KU brand guidelines
- Maintaining electronic and hardcopy document registers
- Supporting content uploads associated with KU’s online presence
- Liaising with KU services and Central Office departments regarding documentation/formatting needs

To succeed in this role you will have:

- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
- An eye for detail and a love for perfection
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive resilient attitude
- Experienced proof-reader and copy editing
- Strong administrative and organisational skills including the ability to manage competing priorities
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Experienced in the use of a CMS and proven ability to learn new aspects of it
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and execute multiple tasks within a high-volume workplace
