We are offering an exciting opportunity for an **Executive and Projects Officer** to join our Finance & Infrastructure team on a Permanent Full-Time basis. This position will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects, initiatives, and reporting obligations across the Finance & Infrastructure portfolio.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Head, Planning & Operations, you will join the Finance & Administration team, located in Parramatta. More specifically, you will be responsible for:

- Implementing efficient practices, systems, and procedures to support Finance & Infrastructure’s planning and operations.
- Coordinating meetings, workshops, presentations, communications, and correspondence.
- Overseeing policy and content management, ensuring records are current and compliant.
- Preparing and reviewing reports, briefings, and submissions for the Executive Team, Board, and Committees.
- Coordinating project status reports and managing assigned actions to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Supporting steering committees including preparation and distribution of meeting artefacts.

- Tertiary qualification in the relevant areas of study or appropriate demonstrated experience
- Strong project coordination and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
