This role is key in the supporting the delivery of our Strategic Organisational Development initiatives, including our competency and team development programs. Through effective partnering with the business, you’ll success in achieving our Strategy 2030 vision and continue to build our inclusive and progressive workforce.

In this role, you’ll lead the implementation of our refreshed leadership competency framework and design and develop a bespoke technical competency framework, calibrating success through competency assessments. An experienced OD professional, you’ll, support leaders to drive performance from individual and group coaching through to facilitating workshops and focus groups.

You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the organisation support the maturity of our programs using identification of learning trends and reporting metrics. You’ll be responsible for our LMS, creatively developing online learning modules to effectively engage with staff.
