Hatch is supporting HSBC to find a great Product Manager - Transaction Accounts and Visa Debit to join their Product Management and Design team. **About the role at HSBC**

In this role, you will report to Senior Manager - Product Deposits, Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) and will be responsible for portfolio strategy, product simplification, optimising process improvement and developing initiatives that deepen the customer relationships with HSBC to build customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

**Responsibilities**
- Hypothesis Development - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities and develop hypotheses for product growth
- Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
