**About the Centre**

Oak Park Sports and Aquatic Centre, after a $27.3 million redevelopment was completed in September 2018. The Oak Park Sports and Aquatic Centre offers a state of art 24 hour gym and spinning studio as well as a multipurpose and group fitness room. The seasonal outdoor aquatic area comprises of a heated 50 metre pool, 20m learn to swim pool, two waterslides and a children’s waterplay pool with water features and slide.

The Centre is open all year round with the aquatic areas open from 1 October through to 30 April and all pools heated.

**About the role**
- Provide customers with sales solutions when enquiring about memberships and programs
- Conduct centre tours with prospective members
- Follow up customers and members as required
- Promote available programs and services
- Accurately receipt, process and balance customer payments

This is a casual or part time position and the hourly rate from $23.27 - $31.14 + Super

**About you**

With our focus on providing the exceptional customer experience and always providing outstanding customer service, we will be looking for someone who is energetic, can help to create a welcoming environment and enthusiastic about helping and assisting others.

You will be working alongside our other Customer Service Officers, and will also work closely with Duty Managers to ensure smooth service and running of the facility overall.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- First Aid and CPR certificates
- Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous
