**About the role**

This Lead Generation role will suit an energetic and organised individual with previous phone sales and or face to face sales experience or lead generation experience.

Omni Research work on behalf of companies within the superannuation space offering solutions for people and helping them reach their retirement goals and objectives.

In this role you will be responsible for sourcing leads for the Research Team and ensuring next steps for their free Review:
**To be successful in this role you must have**:

- Outbound and/or face-to-face Sales experience
- Experience working towards targets and KPI’s
- Exceptional phone manner and conversational skills
- The ability to build strong customers relationships

- Ability and drive to consistently exceed sales targets and KPI’s
- The ability to gain product and systems knowledge quickly.
- A proven ability to overcome objections and constantly deliver a positive experience
- Demonstrated strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

- Responsiveness to coaching and the ability to take on feedback

**Hours will be Monday to Friday with options of Casual upto 35 hours a week or Full Time roles.**

**Renumeration of $27.15 Per Hour plus Bonuses OTE Earnings of $50-$80K Casual**

**Salary**: $27.15 - $31.00 per hour
