Your new organisation

This Federal Government Department is key in furthering economic development and opportunities for Australia. They currently have an opportunity for a Commercial Advisor to join them on a 12 month contract to work on one of their biggest projects.

Your new role

Within this EL1 level role, you will provide commercial support and advice throughout the project team. Your responsibilities will include contract management and administration, procurement, programme management, and internal and external stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll need to succeed

In order to succeed you will have:

- Prior contract management and procurement experience within Government
- The capacity to handle tasks in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Strong liaison, communication, and negotiation skills
- Baseline security clearance as a minimum
- Australian citizenship

What you’ll get in return

In return, you will have the opportunity to work within an interesting and large project within Federal Government on a 12-month contract. Further details include:

- $70 - $90 per hour + superannuation
- Potential for further extension
- 2 days work from home per week
- Located in Perth CBD
