**About the Role**

Baw Baw Shire Council is seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative individual to join our team as the new Business Process Improvement Lead. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and drive a process management initiative from its inception, contributing to the improvement of our community and organisation.
Your primary focus will be on establishing a robust process management framework and implementing a new process management system.

You will play a vital role in supporting the Council's Future Ready program, including the core systems renewal project, by providing process mapping and improvement expertise. Additionally, you will offer guidance, support, and coaching to teams throughout the organisation, fostering a culture of process management and continuous improvement.

To excel in this position, you should bring significant relevant experience, including expertise in a process improvement methodology that aims to identify and implement efficiencies within our processes. Your skills in stakeholder engagement and management will be crucial, as will your ability to effectively navigate and lead change.
- Expertise in a relevant process improvement methodology.

- Self-motivated, a critical and innovative thinker.
