**About the Hotel**

Novotel Melbourne South Wharf is located in the beautiful South Wharf with a short walk to the CBD & Southbank. Featuring 347 Accommodation Rooms & Suites, Allora Cafe, and Mr. Carpano Dining and Bar. Our Bar is inspired by the Italian love of al fresco lifestyle, the bar boasts two outdoor terraces serving up a range of Italian and local beverages.

**About the Role**

This is a fantastic opportunity for those with commitment to providing an extraordinary dining experience for our guests. Key duties include, but are not limited to the following:

- Take food & beverage orders and run food & drinks
- Highly engaged in day to day F&B operations
- Address complaints presented by guest in an efficient and professional
- Any other duties assigned by the F&B Manager
- Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation

**Skills and experience**
- Genuine passion for Food & Beverage
- A positive can do & customer focused attitude
- A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Availability to work varied shifts including early morning, late evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous however not essential
