**Victoria Grange Aged Care**is a 104 bed Aged Care residence that provides state of the art care utilising our Better Together model.

**Your New Role**

As a member of the Victoria Grange Aged Care team, you will get to join a team who are united in providing exceptional care to our residents and support to their families.

What Your New Role Looks Like:

- Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
- Ensuring detailed documentation is updated
- Building and maintaining strong relationships within our team, with our customers and family members
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
- Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive

**About You**

Above all, you will align to our **Values of Bold, Warm and Honest**. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your residents.

Does this sound like you?
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Flexibility and availability to work Morning (AM), Afternoon (PM) or Night (ND) shifts across seven-day roster (set days are available)
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Personal Care Assistant within Aged Care
- You hold Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate III in Disability etc
- A current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable vehicle
- All Australian Unity employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and must be willing to receive a 2025 flu vaccination
