We currently have an opportunity for a self motivated** Site** Manager** to join our growing team at the largest Storage facility in Australia. If you are driven to succeed and want to be your best self then this is for you.

You will be working as part of a privately owned family run business known as a market leader that is focused on managing customer service in store, inbound phone sales, managing the property presentation and cleanliness standards and achieving and exceed sales targets.

**As the successful applicant, you will have the following attributes**:

- Have sales experience and ability
- Proven Leadership experience
- Have a stable work history
- An ability to work a seven day roster
- Have a 'can do' constructive attitude
- Has great face to face customer service skills
- Be self motivated and possess the desire for self development
- Have the ability to work autonomously when required
- Be a team player
