**An exciting opportunity has become available for a vibrant and energetic Full-Time Online Assistant to join our Waterloo team. The successful applicant will be required for 38 hours from Tuesday to Saturday.**
Our Waterloo store is the largest store in Sydney and operates as both a retail store and an E-store that acts as one of our major distribution centres for online sales.
This position calls for a very specific person - someone who can coordinate the processing and dispatch of online orders whilst also assisting in the retail store as and when required. You will report to the Store Manager and work together to ensure the smooth running of the E-store. You MUST be self-motivated with a specific eye to detail, a natural leader and operate with a constant sense of urgency. You possess outstanding time management skills and just as efficient working alone as you are with a team.
**The Role**:

- Preparing, processing and dispatching customer orders
- General administration within the department and store
- Assisting with the delivery and internal management of large stock volumes
- Communicating effectively with the Store Manager and the Customer Service team
- Supporting the retail store by assisting on the sales floor as required

**What you’ll need to be successful**:

- Previous experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills and acute attention to detail
- Strong sales ability with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Self-motivated with the proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Above all, a sense of urgency, with a personable and positive attitude
- Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
