**Project Description**

We are hiring a Temenos Product Lead for a significantly big Retail Transformation Program for large banking client in Australia.

**Responsibilities**

The key accountabilities of the role, with consideration to scope, complexity, problem solving, communication levels and leadership.
- Defining/Articulating functional/technical requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
- Conducts analysis of business needs, objectives, and requirements
- Performing gap analysis between current and desired Product outcome, root cause analysis
- Assess the technical feasibility of business ideas.
- Undertake and complete detailed analysis around problems identified.
- Ensure core system business parameter changes comply with defined change management processes
- Serve as the initial point of escalation for software development issues within the core banking domain
- Continuously championing Agile Methodologies to release & deploy iterations of our services
- Represent the team and product line in cross-functional discussion
- Develop and deliver Demos and Proof of concepts based on customer requirements
- Provide technical and functional support throughout the project lifecycle, including developing functional specification and Business design documents

Must have

The education, experience, knowledge, and competencies required to succeed in the role:

- 10+ years of Product development experience in Temenos transact.
- Experience in Temenos Transact modules Arrangement Architecture, Core Accounts, Limits, Collaterals, Funds transfer, Temenos Payment Hub
- Working knowledge on Loans, Deposits, Accounts and Payment products
- Experience working in a team focusing on large-scale, multi-release information centric projects.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across business lines at all levels.
- Strong technical, problem solving and analytical reasoning skills to understand end user's requirements and transform into operational solutions.
- Strong research & time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet concurrent deadlines
