About the Role

The Deputy Principal will have demonstrated strategic experience in capability and capacity building, aligned with the school's authentic approach to effective pedagogy. This includes leading professional learning, mentoring staff, and fostering high-impact teaching practices.

The role requires high-level communication and interpersonal skills to collaboratively lead teams, develop and implement strategies that empower Heads of Department and teachers to optimise teaching and learning with precision, while nurturing a supportive and accountable school culture.

A high level of data literacy is essential to guide decision-making, track progress against school priorities and student achievement targets, and extend outcomes for all learners in an already high-performing school.

The successful applicant will bring strong relational and leadership skills to promote an innovative and inclusive professional culture, quality assure differentiated programs for targeted student groups, and effectively manage a range of key portfolios, including curriculum, wellbeing, and staff development, aligned with the school's strategic direction and operational priorities.
