**About the role**
In this role you will be leading the group reporting function including month end, forecasting, budgets, board reporting and financial plans. You will also act as a driver for continuous improvement and value-added activities
You will lead a team locally and abroad, provide sound analytical advice and timely reporting to the Executive Investment Committee.
**Duties**
- Lead and develop a team both locally and abroad
- Provide ownership of the annual group finance reporting calendar
- Lead the consolidation of group results across all key metrics across a matrix of business units with outstanding stakeholder management
- Manages financial risk and opportunities
- Lead major processes and initiatives for the Executive Investment Committee
- Lead the team of finance partners for all corporate cost centres
- Play a key role in integrating the reporting of acquisitions
**Skills and Experience**
- CA/CPA qualification preferred
- Minimum 10 years experience in a corporate environment and 5+ Years’ Experience in a strong finance leadership role, within a global organisation/ highly complex environment
- Skilled in storytelling and stakeholder influencing skills
- Critical thinker and team player
- Extremely strong technical skills and accuracy
