With a strong focus on delivering outstanding results and exceptional customer service, they have earned a reputation for professionalism and integrity within the industry. As the agency continues to grow, they are now looking to expand their marketing team by adding a talented Copywriter and Content Specialist.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute creative marketing strategies that align with the agency's goals and brand identity.
- Conduct thorough research on the local real estate market, trends, and competitors to ensure content remains relevant, competitive, and appealing to the target audience.
- Craft compelling property descriptions that highlight the unique features and selling points of the agency's listings.
- Generate fresh ideas and creative concepts to enhance the brand's voice and messaging, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Work collaboratively with designers, photographers, and videographers to ensure the visual and written content complement each other effectively.
- Proofread and edit content meticulously to maintain accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the agency's brand guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Copywriter or Content Specialist, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to craft engaging and persuasive content across various channels.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO principles, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology, trends, and market dynamics.
- Strong research skills to gather information and data for content creation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in content management systems, and basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
