With 16 Boutique Pie Bakery Cafes across South East Queensland we are known for our excellence in customer service and high-quality product offerings.

We are currently seeking a **Production Assistant** to assist **in the factory** with various production tasks.

This full-time role will be working flexible hours between the hours of 5am and 5pm as required, usually between Monday and Friday (some weekend work may be required).

The successful applicant will ideally have worked in similar environments in food processing or food manufacturing.

**Duties may include**:

- Production duties which may include production line, oven work, operating equipment, preparing ingredients and rotating stock
- Picking and Packing
- Cleaning and wash room duties
- Ensuring compliance to Food Safety & HACCP principles and Company Policies & Procedures
- Working safely & adhering to WHS policies

**Essential Skills / Attributes**:

- Previous experience in food processing/ manufacturing
- Reliable, punctual and honest
- Reasonably fit and strong and able to perform repetitive tasks
- A team player who leads by example
- An eye for detail and presentation
- The ability to build strong working relationships
- A positive can do attitude
- Drivers licence and own reliable transport
- A clear pre employment Drug & Alcohol screen
- Protective non-slip boots
- Australian Permanent Resident
- Advantage - MR Licence with relevant experience
- Advantage - Current HR Forklift licence would be an advantage
