**About the Role**

We are seeking expressions of interest for Client Support Officers on a permanent part time or casual engagement.

Client Support Officers provide quality personal care assistance utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans, and policies/procedures of Travellers Aid. You will work at our CBD based locations - Flinders Street Station and Southern Cross station.

A Client Support Officer position with Travellers Aid is a role that wears multiple hats. You will provide quality personal care assistance, accurate customer service support and mobility assistance for our public transport users.

**You will provide accurate and timely documentation relevant**:

- Personal Care qualification at the level of Certificate III in HACC or greater, such as a Certificate IV in Disability Studies.
- A current working with children check (Victorian)
- An international police check (where applicable)

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $31.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
