About us
- Generation Outcast Clothing is one of Australia's fastest growing online fashion companies, Exclusively designing the hottest new trends. Based in Mermaid Waters Australia, we’re looking for a highly motivated, creative, and forward thinking fashion designer to join our production team and work along our talented design team.

This role will be a well rounded roll with an emphasis on creating unique styles for our Outcast Exclusive Range.

**Qualifications, experience & requirements**
- A Bachelor Or Diploma In Fashion design or similar
- Minimum 3 year experience in the fashion industry in a similar position
- Highly Creative
- High garment knowledge
- Proven experience in product fittings
- Completely competent in relevant design CAD and design software
- Proven Experience in a fast paced environment

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Design research
- Mood board creation
- Creating New Designs
- Creating drawings needed for the garment technician
- Assisting in product fittings
- Draw up all initial designs, help produce tech packs and ensure all key dates are met in line with our critical path.
- Mood board creation and forecast of up and coming trends within the market
- Collaborate with Team Members
- Build relationships with key stake holders
- Product development
- Research themes and trends
- Create eye catching designs
- Create unique designs that fit with the outcast clothing brand
- Weekly design team meetings
- Meet Minimum Design KPI's
- Communicate with factories for all new development styles, trims and fabrications.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
