**The Role**:
Working closely with the Design Manager, this role is responsible for driving product innovation, design, and development for Kid's Headwear, Swimwear, and Resort Accessories categories.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Undertake regular market research and analysis to establish style, colour, fabric, and concepts of upcoming development.
- Design range allocations from concept to sign off; receiving creative direction from Design Manager on product design and artwork requirements and reworking designs as necessary.
- Maintenance and oversight of the critical path tracking schedule for development samples and ensuring that critical dates are met.
- Prepare samples for studio and location shoots and attend photoshoots as required.
- Ensure a consistent high standard of fit, function, quality, and design is established and maintained.

**About You**:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar fashion design role.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesgin and Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships and open communication with suppliers and colleagues.
- Effective problem solving with a solution focused mindset.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks & work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
