As the **Delivery Services Coordinator**, you will support the broader Endeavour Delivery team by coordinating the administration, data and auditing activities across all third party logistics carriers, service providers and operational teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an administration mindset and prior experience in documentation and company auditing processes. You’ll also be responsible for our lease and fleet management.

Here’s a taster of what you can expect in the role:

- Lead the documentation of written processes across the operations teams
- Proactively take the lead to align, coordinate, and execute a compliance plan to improve our safety record
- Assist in driver recruiting, onboarding and document all compliance and contractor information
- Creation of delivery data and files
- Lease vehicle management onboarding, auditing and insurance claims
- 3PL coordination, RSA compliance and delivery escalations
- Lead and influence a safety culture for our customers and carriers.

**Now let’s talk about you**:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to positively engage with others and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A high level understanding of logistics and operational processes
- An interest in how data can provide insight into an operation highlighting an operating change
- Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Powerpoint/Google slides experience desirable
