In this Marketing Specialist role, you will support this vision by connecting with people and working across a number of marketing campaigns to amplify client stories and promote our Service. Along with this you will be passionate about digital marketing and have a great appreciation of traditional marketing channels to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.

**What you will do**
- End-to-end management of national and local integrated marketing campaigns
- Managing direct marketing campaigns
- Analysing data and produce reports on marketing performance to measure ROI
- Managing website updates and support UX initiatives

**What you will bring**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing
- 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role
- Experience working across traditional and digital marketing channels
- Campaign management experience and have strong interpersonal skills.
- An understanding of digital marketing analytics with hands on experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager.
- Practical experience in CMS (preferably WordPress)
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with agencies, internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign and PhotoShop),
- Strong personal commitment to working in a for purpose organisation

Additionally, you’ll need to hold (or be willing to obtain) a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, a ‘C’ class driver’s license, and an up-to-date COVID vaccination certificate or a medical exemption.
