Network & Infrastructure Specialist (Mid Level) needed to join an established technical support function with a well known organisation based in Sydney CBD.

This multi-layered role will see you support predominantly across Cisco and Microsoft products, supporting Senior Infrastructure Specialists and as an escalation point for the Service Desk Team.

Key technical skills and experience:

- 2+ years commercial experience maintaining and supporting Networking Services and IT Infrastructure (Cisco, Microsoft)
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN Services, Firewall/IT Security, VoIP/VPN
- Solid experience across Microsoft technologies - O365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Desirable skills and experience includes:

- Understanding of Cybersecurity
- CCNA, MCSP
- IT Degree

You will also need the following to be considered for this position:

- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents only
- Current Drivers Licence

This is an excellent opportunity for a Mid Level person to step up into a Senior role and gain valuable experience in the Cyber Security space. They will also provide you with ongoing professional support and eligibility for Study Allowance.

While the role is Sydney based, you will be asked to travel within NSW to support other offices within the region.

There is also occasional out of hours support which you will be compensated for financially or with days in lieu.
