ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Retrieve, analyse and process information in response to requests for records, assessing the information against relevant legislation and ensuring timeliness, quality and completeness in responses.
- Liaise with applicants and department staff regarding information requests.
- Explain concepts and policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to freedom of information and subpoena processing.
