BAR SUPERVISOR

Full Time Position: 38 hours per week plus reasonable overtime

**Salary**: $52,720 per annum

The Landing Bar & Kitchen is a stunning waterfront bar and restaurant located in Honeysuckle, boasting beautiful views over Newcastle’s working harbour. We pride ourselves on delivering fresh uncomplicated food and exceptional cocktails with outstanding customer service.

We are looking for a passionate Bar Supervisor to join our energetic team. This person will work closely with management to oversee the day to day running of the venue.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Open and/or Close of the venue
- Taking deliveries and organising stock
- Ensuring completion of cleaning rosters
- Taking reservations and organising bookings
- Overseeing staff
- Choosing weekly beverage promotions
- Assist function manager with the running of functions
- Administrative duties
- Till cash up and banking

Successful applicants will hold a valid RSA certification and have their own transport. They will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar working environment and be self-motivated. They will have great communication skills and be able to work as part of a team.

Pay: $52,728.00 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Licence/Certification:

- RSA Certification (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
