This is a full-time position and reports to our Executive Housekeeper.Your responsibilities include:Supervise the Housekeeping team to ensure effective systems and operational procedures including daily checklists are actioned.Monitor rosters, attendance and productivity of the team.Empower individuals to ensure good practices are developed and maintained.Drive Rooms guest satisfaction by empowering our teams to provide service beyond our guests' expectations.Deliver hands-on supervisory leadership across your areas.Ensure compliance with WHS processes and procedures.Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth transition of services.Assist in on-the-job department and staff training.Promote the company health and well-being processes and procedures.ABOUT YOU:Your many talents will include:Proven experience in a Supervisory role in housekeeping operations in the hotel industry.Strong leadership skills and a natural flair in motivating others.A passion for developing your team skills in all aspects of onboarding and training.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with our guest service focus.Your attention to detail is second to none.Good organisational and time management skills.Ability to work and make decisions under pressure.The ability to work across a full-time schedule.Please note: You must already hold the relevant Visa status to live and work in Australia - we are unable to offer sponsorship opportunities with this position and are seeking long-term commitment to the role so are not able to consider WHV or Student Visas.THE BENEFITS:A market leading 50% F&B discount across all Venues.$99 Room rates and a generous friends and family discount.Lifestyle benefits including extra leave and earth advocacy days.Green future - we are committed to enhanced sustainability practices.Dedicated Internal Mobility Programme and reward scheme.Online learning, career enhancement and development plans.Personalised employee support network.Regular service recognition and team events.Crystalbrook Collection is an award-winning hotel development and management company, proudly showcasing Australia's newest portfolio of distinctive upscale hotels, restaurants and bars where differences are applauded.
