Join a leading landscaping business will corporate and residential contracts along the east coast. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of end-to-end payroll including agreed salary packaging, leave management and superannuation contributions on a fortnightly basis for approximately 200 employees.

**Your day to day responsibilities will include**:

- Liaising closely with the P&C team regarding new employees, changes to existing employees employment conditions and termination details are captured in a timely manner to enable the processing of accurate payroll
- Liaising closely with the operations team to ensure that all time sheets are entered electronically via e-timesheets and transferred into Sage300 Payroll to enable the processing of accurate payroll
- Export timesheets for all staff into the finance system
- Timely processing of PAYG, lodgement of Payroll tax and Annual Payroll reconciliation
- Be the point of contact for all employees regarding payroll queries
- Run additional pay-runs as required for any adjustments, back pays, corrections etc
- Prepare superannuation statements with monthly reconciliations to match the deductions with payments fund wise
- Generate reports for the finance team for posting to General Ledger

**To be successful, your experience and skills should include**:

- Hands on, end to end Payroll function experience
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail
- Utilising payroll systems for e.g. Sage300 and Time & Attendance systems
- Be flexibility, adaptable and team orientated
- Strong knowledge of awards and award interpretation
- Understanding of accounting principles and practices, month-end and year-end activities
- Understanding of business activities and impact of costs on projects/contracts
