**Job Description**:
We’re looking for a talented Retention Marketing Executive to help manage our subscriber retention programs.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, CX & Retention, and working closely with the Retention and Lifecycle and Customer Service teams, you’ll help to deliver a retention strategy that will improve and enhance the subscriber experience and help achieve revenue targets for our publishing

**In this role you will**:

- Develop subscriber management programs from strategy through to implementation which support business goals
- Ongoing review and optimisation of retention customer journeys and campaigns including upsell, payment decline, save and renewal
- Implement and manage campaign tracking, testing, reporting and analysis to form insights into campaign performance and customer responses
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure the subscription management process and campaigns are clear and seamless to improve the overall subscriber experience
- Build strong and open relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**Qualifications**:
**In order to succeed you will ideally**:

- Have some experience in a Lifecycle Marketing or Retention role or similar (experience in a subscription business will be highly regarded).
- Have experience analysing data and the ability to produce and deliver insights to your stakeholders
- Have knowledge on CRM marketing principles including performance metrics, channels, audience building and best practice
- Be able to approach things with a fresh perspective and confidently communicate with peers and senior stakeholders
- Be equipped with the ability to plan, organise and prioritise work tasks autonomously to meet campaign deliverables
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided.
