Reporting to our Service Delivery Managers, the Global Mobility Coordinator provides essential support to SIRVA BGRS corporate clients in managing the designated client’s personnel who are relocating for an international assignment. The GMC serves as the primary point of coordination for international assignees for the delivery of various assignment management services offered under their employer’s international assignment policies and procedures

A day in the life of a Global Mobility Coordinator includes but is not limited to;
1. The successful end to end execution of the relocation experience of our client assignees.
2. You will host initial briefing calls and continued communication with them to ensure their relocation experience runs smoothly
3. Handle a range of relocation needs dependent on client policy such as travel & accommodation booking, insurance needs & being central point of contact.
4. Ensuring database accuracy and communication of Information to clients, vendors and colleagues
5. Reconciling and authorizing invoices & billing needs to guarantee up to date cost management for both client and business.

**To be successful in this position you**:

- Previous Mobility industry experience or similar industry experience is highly advantageous
- Previous experience handling corporate clients and relationship management is desirable however not essential
- Possess strong customer service and communication skills across multiple platforms
- Be a self-starter with initiative and have the drive to succeed
- Be highly organised with effective time management skills to manage multiple caseloads at a single time across a number of different clients
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite
