Not for profit, our client is a multi-faceted organisation currently running several outlets within a large site on the Mornington Peninsula. This fulltime role will suit a hands-on Manager who thrives in busy, fast-paced environment. Leading from the front, you will oversee all aspects of food, beverage and convenience outlets operation.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Day to day running of the outlets (8+)
- HR related duties (performance management and staff compliances)
- Cost control (COGS and Labour)
- Stock management of retail spaces
- WHS and HACCP compliances, food quality control
- Troubleshooting as required, including equipment

Your team counts approx. 15 staff on roster as well as a 2IC to support you in the delivery of exceptional and seamless catering services. While this role is predominantly Monday to Friday, some outlets operate 7 days a week so flexibility will be required when business needs.

**About You**:
To thrive in this role, we believe you will come from a Hospitality background with exposure to food and beverage operations within QSR, cafes, food franchise and/or retail spaces. With previous successful experiences working as a Manager displaying collaborative abilities you will also have the following attributes:

- **Australian Citizenship a must**:

- Valid VIC driver's licence (Manual or Medium-rigid a plus)
- Coffee knowledge and barista skills
- Understanding of QSR or food franchise models
- Strong leadership and communication style
