Join a renowned bakery known for its commitment to culinary excellence. We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead our Savoury Department in our production facility.

Contribute to the preparation of delicious sandwiches, quiches, and pies for multiple retail outlets throughout Melbourne.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of 6-15 culinary professionals.
- Implement signature recipes that define our brand.
- Ensure production and quality standards are consistently met.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cost control.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Executive Chef, Catering Manager or Kitchen Manager.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor your team.
- Passion for delivering exceptional savoury products
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Effective communication and organization.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive annual salary in the range of $80,000 - $90,000.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
