An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of Sydney’s newest contemporary Asian restaurant Luna Lu is a brand new concept contemporary Asian cuisine, fusing traditional and innovative flavours with modern gastronomy and quality Australian produce. Luna Lu is a 280 seats venue that includes a public bar opening soon on the first floor.

Luna Lu has the best views of Sydney facing directly the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge, making it the perfect spot to enjoy an original hand crafted cocktails or a glass of wine from our extensive wine list.

For this role you will report directly to the restaurant manager, assisting with the day to day running of the business. You will provide a hands on support to the team, teach by example and not be afraid to ‘get your hands dirty’ to get the job done.

You will have a real genuine passion and care for hospitality and willing to go the extra mile to make sure each guests leaves satisfied.

For this position you should have:

- at least 2 years experience in a high end venue
- a strong customer service orientated approach
- perfect communication skills and patience to teach other
- a positive and can do attitude, nothing’s impossible
- availability to work on a 7 day roster including week ends
- strong wine and spirit knowledge
- experience with Asian cuisine is preferable but not necessary
