IZAKAYA MITTO is an exciting new Japanese Izakaya & bar located in the iconic place of Sydney. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced FOH Manager to oversee and manage all operational activities at our venue.

What you will need:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
- **At least 3 years of experience in a Restaurant Manager role**, with a proven ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive atmosphere.
- Japanese language skills are a plus, but not essential.

Working Hours
- 38 hours per week, including weekends.
- Flexible roster, including evenings (Mon-Sun).

About the Benefits
- Hourly wage:

- Weekday : $35 + Super.
- Weekend : Legal weekend hourly rate applies + Super.
- Public Holiday : Legal Public Holiday hourly rate applies + Super.
