**Position Summary**

Due to continued growth and success in winning a significant project in Queensland Infrastructure market. We have an opportunity for a Recruitment and Sourcing Business Partner to work in our Brisbane, Milton office, some travel to project sites near the Gold Coast.

Part of a high performing in-house recruitment team you will pride yourself on quality outcomes and service delivery to your client groups. This role will involve the proactive sourcing for white and blue collar roles. The key to your success in the role will be your ability to build key relationships and source the best available market talent.

**What the job looks like**:

- A specialist with end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally from a similar multi-disciplined organisation, or alternatively agency experience delivering on engineering and construction roles.
- Exposure and capability to work within large complex matrix structures.
- The ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships across a broad range of portfolios
- Deadline focused you must be able to manage high pressure whilst achieving quality business outcomes.
- Highly effective communication style teamed with strong inter-personal and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to use applicant tracking systems such as Page Up coupled with LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Talent Search experience.
- Good understanding of the PageUp recruitment system or a similar Recruitment system.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal will ensure your ability to achieve operational objectives.
