**The Role**:
As a Property Management Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting our investment management team by providing top-notch administrative and customer service support. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and tradespeople, ensuring their needs and inquiries are managed efficiently and professionally. You will also be involved in managing repairs, making this a perfect opportunity for someone with junior property management and repair experience.

**About you**:

- Have a Certificate of Registration/Assistant Agents Licence
- Previous experience in real estate and customer service is highly desirable.
- Junior property management or repair experience would be a strong asset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency in using office software and management tools
- A genuine interest in Real Estate that you'll demonstrate to our clients
